Not Enrolling Checklist

As you complete the non-enrollment process, use the following checklist as a guide to make sure you complete all steps of the process.

Are you registered for classes at UB?

• Drop your classes according to the published deadlines to avoid academic and/or financial penalty.
• Complete a Request for Refund form if any payments were made to your student account. (Please allow four to six weeks for processing.)
• Retain a copy of the not enrolling form for your records.

Do you have a Housing Agreement with Campus Living?

Terminate your Housing Agreement by completing the appropriate part of the not enrolling form or by completing the cancellation form in the Housing Portal. Contact Campus Living at 716-645-2171 with questions.

Did you sign up for a meal plan?

Terminate your meal plan by completing the appropriate part of the not enrolling form. Contact the UB Card Office at 716-645-6344 with questions.

Are you interested in attending UB in the future?

If you wish to be considered for admission for a future semester, send a written request to the Office of Admissions. You may update your application through the end of the semester for which you were originally offered admission. Contact the Office of Admissions at 716-645-6900 or toll-free at 888-UB-ADMIT.

Do you have questions about your deposit?

The admissions deposit is nonrefundable after May 1. Please contact the Office of Admissions at 716-645-6900 with any questions.
